About Me
I have my Master’s in Education with a focus on Guidance and Counseling. I am a licensed school counselor, proud parent of neurodivergent kids, and a coach who’s passionate about making the ADHD journey a little smoother and a lot more empowering.
With over a decade of experience as a school counselor, I’ve guided kids through emotional ups and downs, improved their communication skills, and helped them thrive both academically and personally. I’ve also been a part of countless IEP and 504 meetings .
But my expertise doesn’t just come from the classroom—it comes from my life at home. As a mom of two amazing, neurodivergent kids, I’ve navigated the complexities of emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, and the unique joys of parenting children who see the world in their own special way.
My husband also has ADHD, so that adds a whole new layer to our family dynamics and has deepened my understanding and empathy for managing ADHD in all its forms. It’s not just a part of our lives; it’s a lens through which we view and love each other’s quirks and strengths.
Through my coaching practice, I’m here to offer you practical tools, compassionate support, and a good dose of humor to help you connect with and support your ADHD child. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges, celebrate the victories, and find strategies that work for your unique family.
If you’re a parent looking for guidance on how to better support your ADHD child, manage emotional regulation, or just find a way to make it all work—let’s connect! We all need support and community. I’m here to help you every step of the way!
